#1: Is your thermostat set above room temperature? #2: Is the emergency switch in the "ON" position? #3: Are you out of oil? #4: Is there a tripped circuit breaker or blown fuse? If the first four checks don't lead to an snswer you can press the "Reset" button located on your oil burner. Press the button ONLY ONCE! If the burner still fails to operate, please call for service! |
- If you have an underground fuel storage tank, you can help us by placing a large stick or flag in the ground near your fill pipe and by maintaining a pathway to the fill pipe after a snowfall. -Homeowners with fuel storage tanks in the basement can also help by making the fill pipes easily accesable. -All homeowners can help our drivers find your home by having your house number clearly visible on the home. - Keeping the area around your oil burner clear will make it eaiser to service, saving you time and money. Keeping the area clear will also allow you burner to "breath" easier, reducing your heating costs. |
